Turn Feedback into Growth. Turn Growth into Results.
Stakeholder Centered Coaching (SCC) is a proven method for helping successful leaders achieve lasting behavior change by involving the people they lead. At On Pointe Leadership, we use SCC to support executives and senior leaders who want measurable improvement that matters to their stakeholders.

What Is Stakeholder-Centered Coaching?
Developed by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, SCC focuses on observable behavior change through consistent input and feedback from colleagues. It’s built on the principle that leadership growth is not just about self-awareness—it’s about being seen as a more effective leader by others.
How It Works

1. Define the Goal
We work with the leader and their manager (if applicable) to identify one or two high-impact leadership behaviors to improve.

2. Engage Stakeholders
Key team members provide input on how the leader is doing and offer ongoing suggestions for progress.

3. Practice and Follow-Up
The leader checks in monthly with stakeholders, applies feedback, and demonstrates growth over time.

4. Measure the Change
After 6–12 months, stakeholders assess the leader’s visible improvement. If there is no perceived change, there is no fee.
