Get Ready is an interactive leadership experience designed for managers who want to gain experience with giving focused feedback through coaching and individual contributors who want to understand what leadership actually looks like before stepping into a formal role or who have been identified as having potential to grow.
This is not a lecture or a motivational session. Coaches and participants actively work through realistic workplace situations that require judgment, communication, and influence. Along the way, they practice leadership thinking, receive feedback, and gain insight into how their approach affects others.
Get Ready helps coaches with providing one-on-one feedback to new and emerging leaders.
By the end of the experience, coaches and participants leave with a clearer understanding of leadership expectations, their current strengths, and where further development will matter most.

Terms and Conditions
Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between On Pointe Leadership (“Provider”) and the individual or organization purchasing Get Ready (“Participant” or “Client”).
1. Program Description
Get Ready is an interactive leadership experience designed to expose participants to realistic workplace situations requiring judgment, communication, and influence. The program focuses on observable behaviors and decision-making, not titles, promotions, or theoretical instruction.
2. Scope of Services
Provider agrees to deliver the Get Ready experience as described in the program materials provided at the time of purchase. Delivery may include facilitated sessions, exercises, group discussion, and feedback.
The specific format, duration, and delivery method (in-person or virtual) will be outlined in the applicable program description or proposal.
3. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:

Actively engage in program activities and discussions

Participate respectfully with facilitators and other participants

Reflect honestly on feedback and experiences

Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ shared information
The value of the program depends on participation. Results are not guaranteed without full engagement.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Get Ready is a developmental experience. Provider does not guarantee:

Promotion, role placement, or career advancement

Performance improvement outcomes
-
Specific behavioral or organizational results
Leadership readiness and growth depend on participant effort and application beyond the program.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in full according to the terms stated at purchase or in the accompanying invoice or proposal.
Participant enrollment is confirmed once full payment is received. Payment must be completed prior to attending the program.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Reschedules
Participant Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 calendar days or more before the program start date: Full tuition refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 15–29 calendar days before the program start date: 50% tuition refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 calendar days before the program start date: No refund.
Program Cancellation by On Pointe Leadership
- If On Pointe Leadership cancels a program, participants will receive a full tuition refund or may transfer to another date at no additional cost.
Reschedules and Substitutions
- Participants may reschedule their registration to another date of the same program up to 15 calendar days before their scheduled start date. Reschedules are subject to availability and may incur a $25 administrative fee.
- Participant substitutions for a registered program date may be allowed with prior written notice.
No-Shows
- Participants who do not attend and have not notified On Pointe Leadership of a cancellation or transfer will not receive a refund.

All cancellations, reschedules, and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to On Pointe Leadership.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, exercises, and content provided as part of Get Ready remain the intellectual property of Provider. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials for training or commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Provider agrees to maintain confidentiality of participant discussions, except where disclosure is required by law. Participants are expected to extend the same confidentiality to peers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Provider operates, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Acceptance
Purchase of Get Ready constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and acknowledgment that the Participant has read and understood these terms.
