Dexter Nolley, the founder of On Pointe Leadership,  is a passionate executive and leadership coach who believes great leadership starts with knowing yourself and having the courage to grow. With more than 25 years of experience developing leaders, Dexter partners with executives, physicians, and emerging leaders to navigate challenges, build confidence, strengthen their leadership presence, and step into their full potential. His approach is practical, personal, and focused on creating meaningful, lasting results.
